Submit a Proposal

Please submit your research proposal to the SCOD Executive Council below.  As noted in the “Writing Your Proposal” section, please remember that each proposal:

• Must be submitted by a subcommittee member or a technical committee that reports to the AASHTO Subcommittee on Design;
• If submitted by a technical committee, must be endorsed by the chair of the technical committee that submits it; and
• Should follow the basic format outlined in the “Proposal Format” section.
