Deadlines for Submission
The NCHRP 20-7 panel meets twice a year, during the AASHTO Spring and Annual Meetings. Research proposals are due two weeks prior to these meetings and should be submitted online using the "Submit A Proposal" link at left. The deadlines for upcoming meetings are as follows:
Submission Deadlines
- 2011 Spring Meeting – April 15, 2011
- 2011 Annual Meeting – September 28, 2011
- 2012 Spring Meeting – TBA
- 2012 Annual Meeting – TBA
Note: Late submissions may be accepted by the selection panel if there is a compelling reason for the delay. Please indicate the reason for the delay within the research proposal statement.
