Deadlines for Submission
The NCHRP 20-7 panel meets twice a year, during the AASHTO Spring and Annual Meetings. Research proposals are due two weeks prior to these meetings and should be submitted online using the "Submit A Proposal" link at left. The deadlines for upcoming meetings are as follows:
Submission Deadlines
- 2009 Spring Meeting – April 30, 2009
- 2009 Annual Meeting – October 8, 2009
- 2010 Spring Meeting – May 7, 2010
- 2010 Annual Meeting – October 14, 2010
Note: Late submissions may be accepted by the selection panel if there is a compelling reason for the delay. Please indicate the reason for the delay within the research proposal statement.
