Deadlines for Submission
The NCHRP 20-7 panel meets twice a year, during the AASHTO Spring and Annual Meetings. Research proposals are due two weeks prior to these meetings and should be submitted online using the "Submit A Proposal" link at left. The deadlines for upcoming meetings are as follows:
Submission Deadlines
- 2007 Spring Meeting – April 20, 2007
- 2007 Annual Meeting – September 14, 2007
- 2008 Spring Meeting – April 21, 2008
- 2008 Annual Meeting – October 3, 2008
- 2009 Spring Meeting – TBD
- 2009 Annual Meeting – TBD
Note: Late submissions may be accepted by the selection panel if there is a compelling reason for the delay. Please indicate the reason for the delay within the research proposal statement.
