Diamond Partner - $20,000
- Two premium hospitality rooms located on the lower level of the AMWAY Grand Plaza Hotel are available to the first two companies only. The two rooms designated for this are the Atrium Room (capacity - 150 people, 1,998 square feet) and the Cascade Room (capacity - 140 people, 1,952 square feet). (view floor plan)
- These are very large rooms for use on Thursday evening, July 16, 2009. Directional signs will be provided and placed on the conference and concourse levels. The Partnership Form must be received prior to January 16, 2009, rooms are available first come, first served.
- Exhibit booth at MVC Exhibition if Partnership Form is received by January 16, 2009.
- Conference registrations (4).
- One additional conference registration if Partnership Form is received prior to January 16, 2009, and payment is received by February 16, 2009.

Platinum Partner - $15,000
- Hospitality rooms available to the first six companies. These suites are located on the 3rd floor conference level for use on Thursday evening, July 16, 2009. Partnership Form must be received prior to January 16, 2009, rooms are available first come, first served.
- Conference registrations (3).
- One additional conference registration if Partnership Form is received prior to January 16, 2009, and payment is received by February 16, 2009.
- Advertisement on MVC Web site, banner, conference program, rolling video during meeting, and conference partner boards.
Gold Partner - $10,000
- Hospitality Rooms available to three companies. These are smaller suites located on the 3rd floor conference level for use on Thursday evening, July 16, 2009. Partnership Form must be received prior to January 16, 2009, rooms are available first come, first served.
- Conference registrations (2).
- One additional conference registration if Partnership Form is received prior to January 16, 2009, and payment is received by February 16, 2009.
- Advertisement on MVC Web site, banner, conference program, rolling video during meeting, and conference partner boards.
Silver Partner - $7,500
- Three companies will have the opportunity to sponsor a breakfast on Wednesday, July 15, Thursday, July 16, or Friday, July 17, 2009 ($7,500 is the cost of the breakfast).
- Sponsor signs will be displayed on the breakfast tables. Breakfast items will be chosen by MVC 2009 Committee.
- Conference registration (1).
- One additional conference registration if Partnership Form is received prior to January 16, 2009, and payment is received by February 16, 2009.
- Advertisement on MVC Web site, banner, conference program, rolling video during meeting, and conference partner boards.
Bronze Partner - $5,000
- Three companies will have the opportunity to sponsor a break on Wednesday morning or Wednesday afternoon, July 15, 2009, or Thursday morning, July 16, 2009 ($5,000 is the cost of the break).
- Sponsor signs will be displayed at the breaks. Break items will be chosen by MVC 2009 Committee.
- Conference registration (1).
- One additional conference registration if Partnership Form is received prior to January 16, 2009, and payment is received by February 16, 2009.
