Exhibitor Opportunities

The Mississippi Valley Conference Planning Team invites you to participate in the exhibition at the 2009 Mississippi Valley Conference (MVC), July 14-16 at the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Your company or organization will have a unique and prime opportunity to showcase your professional services, technology, materials, or equipment at this MVC Exhibit.

The MVC Exhibit will place your products and services in front of an estimated 500 conference participants, many who are high-level decision makers for transportation departments in the MVC's 10-state region - Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Exhibit displays will be housed in the Governor's and Vandenburg Rooms, located on the hotel concourse level, 2nd floor, at the Amway Grand Plaza. This location will provide exhibitors an excellent traffic flow throughout the conference. The exhibit rooms will open with a pre-meeting reception on Tuesday, July 14, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. In addition, two breakfasts and three breaks will be held in the exhibit rooms to allow for increased patronage. The exhibit will close on Thursday, July 16. Tear down can begin after the morning break has concluded at 11:00 a.m.

Exhibit Setup: Tuesday, July 14 - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Exhibit Hours: Tuesday, July 14 - 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Reception)   Wednesday, July 15 - 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.   Thursday, July 16 - 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Exhibit Tear Down: Thursday, July 16 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

To make the exhibit rooms even more attractive to the conference attendees, we will be having light entertainment at the reception on Tuesday night, as well as door prize punch cards. Each exhibit booth will be provided a different punch and will need to punch each attendees card. Once these punch cards are filled, the conference attendee will be eligible for the door prize drawings on Friday, July 17.

The exhibit rooms will house booths measuring 10 x 10 feet. The cost of a booth is $2,100. Detailed information regarding everything included in the booth cost is listed on the enclosed Exhibit Booth Application. Two conference registrations are included in your exhibit package; please indicate the names of registrants on the Exhibit Booth Application. Any additional people working at your booth must register for the conference. To register additional staff, visit the registration section of this site.

To reserve your booth space, please fax the completed Exhibit Booth Application to Marcele Edington, at 517-373-8841 by June 12, 2009. The original form and your company check in the amount of $2,100 should be received at the address on the Exhibit Booth Application no later than 10 days after your form was faxed. Booth assignments will be based on the order of receipt of application and payment. Confirmation of exhibitor booth space and specific booth assignment will be made only upon receipt of full payment.
