NCHRP PROBLEM STATEMENTS NOT SELECTED
Listed here are NCHRP Problem Statements that were not selected
but represent an excellent summary of research needs. The
problem statements are listed by year (since 2002) and may
still have relevance for many agencies. Because the funding
available to NCHRP permits programming only a small portion
of the many worthy problems, the hope is that some of the
problems might be undertaken by other agencies. A full listing
