The AASHTO Subcommittee on Maintenance Meeting is scheduled for July  15- 19, 2001. There will be a welcoming reception on Sunday, July 15, 2001 beginning at 6:00 p.m.

HOST HOTEL

AASHTO Maintenance Meeting will be held at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center, West Chocolate Avenue and University Drive, Hershey, Pennsylvania 17033. A block of rooms is being held for the nights of July 15 - 19, 2001 at the rate of $ 175.00 + 6.0% tax per night single or double occupancy. Rooms are available at this special rate until June 15, 2001 or the room block is full, whichever occurs first. REGISTRATION

A registration form for the AASHTO Maintenance Meeting is enclosed.

• Delegate registration by June 15, 2001 will be $ 325.00
• Vendor registration by June 15, 2001 will be $ 850.00 (includes meeting registration)

• Spouse/Guest registration by June 15, 2001 will be $125.00
• Delegate registration after June 15, 2001 will be $ 425.00
• Vendor registration after June 15, 2001 will be $ 1000.00 (includes meeting registration)

• Spouse/Guest registration after June 15, 2001 will be $200
• Registration for children under 18 years of age will be $85.00

CANCELLATION

Notice of cancellation must be in writing a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
